The Masters Degree in Educational Administration at GSU provides educators who want to become administrators an opportunity to participate in a highly acclaimed program. Most students complete the 36 required credit hours in 2 years. Courses are offered on-campus and at 20 cohort sites.

EDAD offers an Off-Campus Cohort program which brings the MA in Educational Administration to a site near you. EDAD also offers On-Campus Cohorts. Beyond cohorts, EDAD offers all required courses on-campus every semester to allow students to design an experience that more closely meets their needs.   • GSU's Department of Educational Administration is accredited by the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education. Read more information about NCATE
  • The program is fully approved by ISBE/IBHE to prepare you for the Illinois Type 75 Administrative Certificate.
  • A Chief School Business Official variation of the program is available for eligible candidates. Contact an academic advisor for information.
  • EDAD has a Masters degree for Higher Education Administration (HEAD). If you are interested in this program contact advisor Carla Johnson.
