Create multi-media presentations featuring graphics, slides, screen captures, and animated text. This "hands on" workshop shows you how to use Captivate software, and will enable you to create a presentation for inclusion in your online class!

Job Aids 1 - 3 pm

If you are responsible for teaching technologies or other skills-oriented training, then quality job aids and usability testing are critical to your success. Job aids assist students (even those with the most rudimentary skills) in completing tasks with little or no guidance, and can actually replace the need for training.

Learn practical and creative uses of e-portfolios in this hands-on session.

Elluminate            9am - 12 noon and 1 - 3 pm

The morning session will introduce setting up your account, and working with the Elluminate interface. You will be able to practice an actual session with others in the class. The afternoon session will introduce the many tools available for effective synchronous sessions, and give you practice in using each.
