Check for Hidden Toolbars Popup Blockers

Sometimes Toolbars are installed in your browser but are not visible .
You will need to make hidden toolbars visible to allow popups for WebCT.

Right click in a gray area on the top of the Web browser.

A menu will open listing a variety of options that are visible on the head of the browser, if it is checked
it is visible. Notice Google and Yahoo Toolbars are uncheck and not visible. "

With your mouse, click on the name of a toolbar to make it visisble. When the toolbar is visible
you can allow popups for WebCT.
